This Membrane Looks Like Curtains Not Columns
The product looks different from a regular UF membrane. A regular UF membrane is a column. It looks like a long tube. An MBR membrane is a curtain. It looks like a piece of cloth. Each piece of membrane is a flat sheet or a bundle of hollow fibers. We put many of these pieces into a frame. Then we lower the frame into a tank of waste water. Water gets pulled from both sides of the curtain. Clean water goes through. Dirt and sludge stay outside.

Why MBR Membranes Use PVDF Material
Waste water treatment is a rough environment. The water has many different kinds of germs, chemicals, and organic matter. The membranes need frequent cleaning. We use bleach, citric acid, and lye to clean them. Normal materials break down after a few cleanings. PVDF is different. It is not afraid of corrosion. It is not afraid of bleach. It can handle many cleanings. That is why our MBR filter membrane uses only PVDF. We have used these curtain membranes in many city waste water plants and factory waste water projects. The results are stable and good.
Installation and Replacement Are Very Simple
Our MBR filter membrane comes as a standard module. You get the frame with all the membranes already installed. You lower it into your tank. You connect a suction pipe. That is it. The space between each membrane is fixed. They will not rub against each other. When you need to replace old membranes, just lift out the old frame. Lower in a new frame. The connections are standard. You do not need to change any pipes. We send a technician to help with the first installation. After that, your own workers can do the replacement. It takes very little time.
