Tiny Hollow Strands That Work Like a Straw
Imagine a big bundle of drinking straws. Each strand is hollow in the middle. That is what this hollow fiber ultrafiltration looks like. Water flows on the outside of the strands. Clean water passes through the wall into the hollow center. Dirt and germs stay outside. We offer three materials: PVDF, PS, and PES. We offer two production processes: NIPS and TIPS. We offer two forms: column type and curtain type. You can mix and match based on your water. This is not a one-size-fits-all product. You get what works for your specific situation.

NIPS vs TIPS Which One Do You Need
Here is the difference between the two processes. NIPS stands for non-solvent induced phase separation. It makes a membrane with very even pore sizes. TIPS stands for thermally induced phase separation. It makes a stronger membrane that handles chemical cleaning better. So which hollow fiber ultrafiltration is right for you? If your water is very dirty and needs frequent cleaning, pick TIPS. If you need very high quality clean water, pick NIPS. We help you decide. Our team has 14 years of experience with both processes. We once made products for Japanese company Meiling. They required top quality, and we delivered.
Every Batch Gets Tested Before Leaving Us
We have our own spinning and potting equipment at our factory. That means we control the whole process from start to finish. Before any product leaves our door, we test the flow and the pore size. We do a 100% full inspection before packing. You get a test report and a certificate with each order. Every single strand is checked. Every single strand passes the test. You can trust what you are buying because we have proof of the quality.
