Water Processing Machine

We make four kinds of water processing machine. First is the UF unit. It takes out dirt and germs. Second is the RO unit. It takes out salt and minerals. Third is the MBR unit. It cleans wastewater in one step. Fourth is the EDI unit. It makes ultra-pure water for boilers and electronics. Each type handles 1 to 200 tons per hour.

Four Types of Machines for Four Different Jobs

We make four kinds of water processing machine. First is the UF unit. It takes out dirt and germs. Second is the RO unit. It takes out salt and minerals. Third is the MBR unit. It cleans wastewater in one step. Fourth is the EDI unit. It makes ultra-pure water for boilers and electronics. Each type handles 1 to 200 tons per hour. You pick based on your source water and your target water quality. Do you have seawater and need drinking water? Get the RO unit. Do you have factory wastewater and need to meet discharge rules? Get the MBR unit.

How to Pick the Right Machine for Your Job

Here is a simple way to choose your product. Start with your source water. Is it tap water or well water? A UF unit is probably enough to make it clean. Is it seawater or salty groundwater? You need an RO unit to take out the salt. Is it wastewater from a factory? You need an MBR unit to clean it before discharge. Do you need very pure water for a boiler? Use UF first, then RO, then EDI. Many times we put UF in front of RO. The UF takes out dirt so the RO membrane does not clog. That makes the RO last longer.

We Build Each Machine Step by Step in Our Factory

We have our own factory. It is about 20,000 square meters. We have welding machines and frame-building equipment. When you order a water processing machine, we start by drawing a design for your specific needs. Then our workers cut the metal, weld the frame, and assemble the parts. We add pipes and valves. We connect the electrical control system. Before the machine leaves our factory, we run water through it to test everything. We take videos and pictures for you. You say yes or no before we ship. You are in control the whole time.
