Deionized Water Has No Ions Left in It
Tap water has many ions in it. Calcium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride are all ions. These ions cause problems. They leave scale in boilers. They ruin lab experiments. They damage sensitive instruments. A deionized water purification system takes these ions out. We use reverse osmosis technology to do this. The flow rate is 1 to 200 tons per hour. A small lab might need only 1 ton per hour. A big factory boiler might need 100 tons per hour. We match the system size to your daily need.


How Reverse Osmosis Removes the Ions
The reverse osmosis membrane has very tiny holes. The holes are only 0.0001 microns wide. Water molecules can squeeze through. But ions are too big to get through. So we push water under pressure through the membrane. The water goes through. The ions stay behind and get washed away. The water that comes out is deionized water. Our product uses an aromatic polyamide composite membrane. The size is 8040. This is a very well established setup in the industry. It works well and lasts a long time.
