MBR Combines Biology and Filtration in One Tank
Old style waste water treatment has a settling tank. The sludge slowly sinks to the bottom. The water overflows from the top. This method takes a lot of space. The water quality is just okay. MBR is different. The membrane sits right in the biology tank. Water gets pulled through the membrane. All the sludge stays in the tank. This gives much cleaner water. And you do not need a settling tank. That saves space. Our product handles 1 to 200 tons per hour. A small factory might need 10 tons. A big city plant might need 200 tons. We have a size for everyone.


What Does Our MBR Membrane Look Like
Our MBR membrane uses PVDF material. The form is curtain type. Think of each curtain like a piece of cloth. These cloths hang in the water. Water gets pulled from both sides of the cloth. Clean water goes through. Sludge stays out. Our production process is mainly NIPS. But we can also do TIPS for tougher jobs. We recommend a design flow rate based on your water quality. Dirty water needs a lower flow rate. Cleaner waste water can take a higher flow rate. We do the math for you. You do not need to guess.
Who Should Use This MBR System
This MBR membrane system is good for several kinds of customers. Do you have an old waste water plant that needs better water quality? You want to go from Level B to Level A or higher. This system works great. You do not need new tanks. Just put our membranes into your existing tanks. Are you building a new waste water system for your factory? This system is also great. It takes less space. The water quality is excellent. The operation is simple. We have served Sinopec, CNPC, and CNOOC. Their oily waste water and chemical waste water are tough. Our MBR system handled them.
