An Ultrafiltration Module Looks Like a Cylinder
This product looks similar to an RO module. It is a cylinder shape. The outside shell is UPVC or stainless steel. Inside there are many hollow fiber membranes. Water goes in one end. It comes out the other end or the side. We have two forms. Column type and curtain type. Column type is for pressure filtration. Curtain type is for submerged filtration. We have three materials. PVDF, PS, and PES. We have two production processes. NIPS and TIPS. You have many choices to match your water.

Column Type vs Curtain Type How to Choose
Let me help you choose. A column type ultrafiltration module is sealed. Water is pushed in under pressure. It flows either outside the strands or inside the strands. This is good for fairly clean water. Like tap water or well water as pre-treatment. A curtain type module is open. It sits right in a tank of water. A suction pump pulls water through. This is good for dirtier water. Like waste water or some surface waters. Tell us about your water quality. We will tell you which type to pick. We do not guess. We use our 14 years of experience.
How Is the Quality of Your Modules
Our quality is good. We have been in this field for 14 years. We have our own spinning machines and potting machines. Our workers have years of experience. Our research team has engineers with decades of experience. Every product gets a flow test and a bubble test before it leaves. We once made products for Japanese company Meiling for many years. Their requirements were very strict. We met them. That means our modules are reliable. You will get a test report and a certificate with your order. Use our modules with confidence.
