This Membrane Works While Sitting in the Tank
There are two main types of membrane systems. Pressure type and submerged type. Pressure type pushes water through the membrane under pressure. It needs a powerful pump. Submerged type sits right in the tank. A suction pump pulls water through the membrane. This uses less energy because the pressure is lower. It can also be used in very large tanks. Want to treat 500 tons per day or 5000 tons per day? Use a bigger tank and add more membrane curtains. Our material is PVDF. The form is curtain type.

Submerged Is Best for Large Volume Projects
If your project needs to treat hundreds or thousands of tons of waste water per day, submerged is the better choice. You build a large tank. You put many groups of submerged MBR membrane inside. All the groups work at the same time. They all pull clean water together. We help you design the layout. We figure out where to put the membrane racks. We design the air bubble system. We calculate how much membrane area you need. We have done many big projects like this. Our experience is deep. You do not need to figure it out alone.
Is the Operation and Maintenance Difficult
No, it is not difficult. The operation of a submerged MBR membrane system is fully automatic. We provide a PLC control panel. You set the suction time and the rest time. The system runs by itself. It works. It rests. It works again. For cleaning, you can do a backwash while the system is running. Or you can lift the membranes out and soak them in a cleaning bath. We write a clear operation manual for you. We also call you from time to time to check on the system. We look at the data. We spot problems before they get big. Our 24/7 support is always here.
